In 2017, I started creating/generating via an immersive machine intelligence cartoons. Below follows the very first work - entitled Hola la Ola - which was created end of 2017 (the text) and the imagery (beginning 2024). The motivation for creating the cartoon was a trip I took to Clearwater, Florida in October 2017 after a 15 year hiatus abroard. After arriving in Clearwater, which is only a stone throw away from Mar a Lago and located on the western coast of Florida (near Tampa), I was shocked to see the decrepit state the downtown area was in - about a quarter of the busineses had closed and were otherwise in a ramshackle state of affairs. Clochards sleeping near the building entrances, the stench of urine in the air... The only one's, who seemed to be thriving in this backwater were the members of the Church of Scientology. Quite a surprise when considering I was visiting president Trump's very own backyard state. Anyway here goes nothing: Señor Donaldo waiting and as POTUS eagerly scanning the ocean in search of the all devouring wave of oblivion, as behind him the first waves are already hitting American cities. The wave he was seeking eastward bound would arrive a few years later - COVID-19, would cross the Atlantic coming from Europe, ravishing havoc in cities like New York and ultimately seal Mr. Trump's fate by delivering his own personal Waterloo. The cartoon, as well as the original texts, were generated in 2017-2018 and can be found in the second volume of Tales From The Alternate Universe.
